A dietitian helps you think about food in a way that supports your health, your goals, and how you feel day to day. We don't hand you a list of rules — we work with you to find simple, realistic ways to eat better that actually feel good to you.
Dietitians are regulated health professionals trained in nutrition, counselling, and clinical science. We support you at your own pace, in a way that works for your life.
-
Not at all. We believe food is complex and that everyone has a unique relationship with it. Our approach is completely free of judgment. No fad diets, no banned foods. Just sound, proven nutrition principles and a supportive partner at every step to reach your individual health goals.
-
Sessions range from $75 to $140 depending on the type of visit. If your plan covers a portion, you pay only the difference. All pricing details are visible at booking so there are no surprises.
-
All dietitian consultations are offered virtually and are conducted one on one with a registered dietitian.
-
First, we get to know you — your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any barriers that might get in the way. From there, we go through your questions, talk through key nutrition concepts, and create a plan with clear next steps. We're here to be a partner in making the change you want to make — at your pace, and in a way that fits your life.
-
Results vary by goal, but our clients commonly report improvements in blood sugar control, digestion, energy levels, and a more relaxed relationship with food — often within the first few sessions. Your dietitian sets realistic milestones with you from the start so progress feels visible and motivating.
